Zeke Mullins, born Reynolds Mullins on July 11, 1925, in Harlem Hospital, New York City, was a respected American jazz pianist. He began his musical journey with the violin before finding his passion in the piano. Mullins studied classical music from the age of 7 . He is known for his extensive career, particularly his 25-year tenure with the Lionel Hampton Big Band. He was also a member of Panama Francis And The Savoy Sultans. He continued to be a beloved figure in the jazz community, even celebrating his 92nd birthday with fellow musicians. Zeke Mullins passed away in December 2019.
